• The simplest of all Pallet Rack Storage Systems provides access to every pallet.
• Low cost equipment can be used offering simple adjustability and adaptabilityStorage density is low with only 35% floor space used and only 25% cubic space used
• Double Deep Racking Systems Modified reach trucks with the ability to stack two pallets deep operating in almost conventional reach truck aisles store pallets in single entry racks. Back to back racks are four pallets deep. This reduces the aisle to rack ratio but also reduces selectivity, (LIFO). Trucks lift heights limited by load, to about 9 maters.

Usually the upper levels have front to back rail guides to assist the driver locating the rear pallet at height.

Verry Narrow Aisle Racking System (VNA)

Specialized high lift fork rotating materials
handling devices operating in very narrow aisles providing high density and
individual pallet access. Very flat floors, close tolerance racking, carefully
located pallets of uniform size and stock location systems are all pre
requisites for successful narrow aisle systems. Floor guidance in the aisle is
mandatory and the design interface between all aspects of their systems in
needed. Trucks lift height of 14 meters with man up capability available.
