บริการจัดส่งที่ใดบ้างและในช่วงเวลาใดบ้าง?

Where and when do we deliver?

-          บริการจัดส่งสินค้าในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร นนทบุรี สมุทรปราการ และปทุมธานี  ตั้งแต่เวลา 9.00 น. – 19.00 น. ของทุกวัน นอกเหนือจากเวลาดังกล่าวโปรดแจ้งล่วงหน้าก่อนวันส่ง 1 วัน

-          We offer daily delivery service throughout the Bangkok metropolitan area including Nonthaburi, Samutprakarn and Pathumthanifor all orders between 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.  For all orders out of these hours, please order 1 day in advance of expected delivery date.

สินค้าถึงมือผู้รับหรือยัง แล้วหน้าตาของสินค้าเป็นอย่างไรในที่สุด?

How will you know if the delivery has been made and what the final product looks like?

-      เมื่อผู้รับได้รับดอกไม้แล้ว เราอยากที่จะแจ้งให้ผู้ที่สั่งได้รับรู้เช่นกันว่าดอกไม้ของเขาได้ถึงมือผู้รับแล้ว และได้มีโอกาสได้เห็นว่าดอกไม้นั้นหน้าตาเป็นอย่างไร เสมือนได้เป็นผู้มอบดอกไม้ด้วยตัวเอง ดังนั้น ทางร้านจึงมีบริการส่งข้อความพร้อมกับรูปสินค้าเข้ามือถือของผู้สั่งโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ

-      We would love for all our customers to feel as if they themselves had made the delivery by hand.  So we decided to offer the next best thing.  Through text messages our clients will be updated of the delivery and a picture of the final product once it is delivered. 

ค่าบริการจัดส่งสินค้าคิดอย่างไร?

How about the delivery cost?

-      บริการจัดส่งฟรี เมื่อลูกค้าสั่งสินค้ามูลค่าตั้งแต่ 1,500 บาทขึ้นไป (เงื่อนไขนี้เฉพาะในเขตกรุงเทพ และนนทบุรี) หรือ สถานที่จัดส่งอยู่ในรัศมี 5 ก.ม. จากร้าน โดยไม่มีเงื่อนไขราคาขั้นต่ำในการสั่งซื้อ

-      Delivery is free for all orders of 1,500 Baht or above (Bangkok and Nonthaburi only).  Free delivery is also offered for all orders with a delivery point within5 km. of the shop. 

-      หากยอดสั่งซื้อไม่ถึง 1,500 บาทหรือว่าไม่อยู่ในเขตที่กำหนด ทางร้านขอคิดค่าส่งตามระยะทาง โดยมีตัวอย่างราคาการจัดส่งดังนี้

-      All orders under 1,500 Baht (or not within 5 km.), please call for quotes.  However, an example of delivery cost to is provided below:

·         เขตดอนเมือง คันนายาว บางกะปิ ปทุมวัน ราชเทวี พระนคร อำเภอบางบัวทอง อำเภอบางใหญ่ 200 บาท

·         Donmueang, Khannayao, Bangkapi, Pathumwan, Ratchathewee, Phranakhon, Bangbuathong District, Bangyai District will be charged 200 baht.

·         เขตดินแดง ห้วยขวาง พญาไท ดุสิต บางพลัด ตลิ่งชัน อำเภอบางกรวย 150 บาท

·         Dindaeng, Huaykhwang, Phayathai, Dusit, Bangphlat, Talingchan, Bangkuay District will be charged 150 baht.

·         เขตหลักสี่ บางเขน ลาดพร้าว จตุจักร บางซื่อ อำเภอปากเกร็ด 100 บาท

·         Laksi, Bangkhen, Ladphrao, Chatuchak, Bangsue, Pakkred District will be charged 100 baht.

-          เขตพื้นที่ที่ไม่ได้ระบุข้างบนนี้ โปรดกรุณาโทรสอบถามโดยตรง

-          All other areas, please call for exact delivery cost.
