Tae-Hi has experienced in separating from his lover because of poverty, so he can not love a woman. Yeong-Seo, living in Cheju Island, is waiting for love, but she is accustomed to keep her distance from men. Tae-Hi heads for Cheju Island attracted by a postcard of his friend who does not come back saying that he has never felt such a feeling in Cheju Island in his life. Yeong-Seo, tourist guide, accompanies tourists to the Cheju Airport, and there she chases a pickpocket who has stolen a purse of a tourist. At this moment, Tae-Hi who has just arrived in Cheju helps her. Tae-Hi suggests her to guide Cheju for him, and she accepts it. They go around in Cheju Island together as if they were a couple. However, they can not be sure of their love, because they do not know each other for long time. They prepare for separation hiding their earnest feeling for each other.
