Nice machine,and if you follow- the washers to use in the right place- instructions carefully easy to put together.
The manual that I have gives sixteen different exercise postions.
The auto program mode is my favourite with 10 second cycle time changes in speed and vibration means you do not become bored.
The machine has a maximum 6 and a half minute program,so you will never be overdone.
A press of a switch and off you go again.
The only slight disadvantage I have discovered is that if you wish to use all the exercise ideas some kneeling or laying down becomes necessary,and if at all imobile it is not too comfortable.
However one can adapt to suit.

Experimenting becomes fun.
Since using the machine I have found that my stomach has become flat and rock hard-not sure how this has happened but I am not complaining.
For many years I have had a painful thigh as a result of playing and coaching sport for many hours each week.
After only a week's use I now have nearly full mobility, which is absolutely amazing.
I now have no need for pain killers when coaching.

Will review again in a couple of week's.

Time for an update:-starting to become addicted and really look forward to letting the machine work for me,rather than being in a gym where you work for the machine.
I find it relaxing and invigorating at the same time.
You step off the machine and feel supercharged.

NEW UPDATE

As now winter 2010, started using the machine again,and after reading the lowest review (1star) about the machine" not being powerful enough "I wondered if the reviewer had worked out that there are THREE power settings.
The reason I say this is that after not using for some time in the summer -so much more outdoor -exercise,that when I came back to it I forgot about the three settings and just used it for a week or so on the basic lower power setting and thought that it was not so powerful as before-then the penny dropped.
Put on the highest setting ,and auto even your teeth vibrate!!!
